To simplify versioning and configuration: * Removed BepInEx.Shared * Removed BuildInfoAttribute * Moved shared configuration to Directory.Build.props * Refactored to use VersionSuffix and SourceRevisionId for embedding BE and commit hash info * Enabled debug info embedding
