* Parse GameData headers

* Added GameData spawn

* GameData playerinfo parsing

* Added BufferMessageReader tests

* Added CustomNetworkTransform and VoteBanSystem

* Revert changes

* Finish CustomNetworkTransform

* Implemented a simple plugin loader

* Replaced Reference with PackageReference

Note to myself: don't trust Rider auto-add reference

* Use classes and moved all API-related stuff to one folder

* Added PlayerJoinedGameEvent and PlayerLeftGameEvent

* Removed Impostor.Server.Hazel

* Moved more API-specific stuff
