ADDRoles changed to AddonRoles bcz a string with the name "Addons" already exists

this also renames all the .json translations to .jsonc

* rename other translations back to .json

This reverts commit 5e262865fa.

* fix issues with shapeshifting + add 3 new roles

fixed shapeshifting issues where the shapeshifter name would appear as exact to the target(this includes role info/description, marks, etc.)

this also adds 3 new roles: Unshifter(Credits to @Dxgamer7405 ), Scanner, and Fakeshifter. All information is in en_US.jsonc

* fix the animated condition

* Fix Scanner not working on invisible host

that line was causing non-host scanners to not detect the host when they're invisible

* bad shapeshifting issue again?

also removes the "ResetShiftedCD" option, it was most likely useless lol
