* Convert site to use the new JSON format
Notable changes:
- Custom ports are not supported by the current game version, so the
port selection is commented out.
- Currently every game needs their own file, so there's a platform
selector and a set of keys for each platform.
- Replace every occurrence of .dat by .json
* Use select box for game platform, remove jquery
* Update Android to 2021.3.9
This release no longer obfuscates the key names, unfortunately this
update has not rolled out to other platforms yet. Once this release is
more widely available, remove the platform selector completely.
